As an ActionCOACH in North Carolina & Connecticut, you’ll join a TEAM of committed entrepreneurs who believe that we need to help small to medium sized business owners become more successful. Reason being is simple, small business are the economic engine of this country and are responsible for the lions share of employment. The more successful they are, the more successful all of our communities will be. That is where being a business coach comes into play.
My journey with ActionCOACH started just over eight years ago in Greensoro, North Carolina. I left corporate America in 2000 and went on my own after ten years with Fortune 500 in an operations role. Although working for a big company was rewarding, I wanted to follow my father and grandfather and own my own business. I love the business of business, and when you add to that working with small business owners, the match with ActionCOACH was perfect. So, in early 2002 my wife Jen and I decided to invest in ActionCOACH. We got to know the team and founder Brad Sugars and found that the business model combined with the need in the marketplace was a great recipe for success.
In 2004 I partnered with the first coach in Connecticut and became the Master Licensee of Connecticut as well.
Since then, we have worked with hundreds of business owners through the ActionCOACH programs and watched them transform their businesses into more than they ever imagined. We have also had a lot of fun along the way.
